Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup lactose free milk
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons honey

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a cookie tray with parchment paper.

Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix until well combined.

Turn dough onto lightly floured surface, and knead gently.

Roll dough out to about 1/4 inch thickness and using a cookie cutter of your choice, or a sharp knife, cut out shapes and place on cookie tray.

Gather dough scraps and repeat knead, cut and place until all dough is used.

Bake for 15-20 minutes (depends on your oven).

When done they should appear lightly browned around the edges.

Remove from oven, place cookies on to a wire cooling rack and allow to cool.

When cooled, store in a zip lock bag or an air-tight container. They will last longer if stored in refrigerator.
