Pickled Tuna-Salad Sandwiches 1 Picture

Ingredients

  • 1 6-ounce can tina, drained
  • 2 tbsp pickle relish (dill or sweet)
  • 1 hard-cooked egg, peeled and finely chopped (optional)
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
  • 1/4 tsp Kosher salt
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper
  • 8 slices bread

Step 1

In a small bowl, gently combine the tuna, relish, and egg (if using). Add the mayonnaise and parlsey and combine. Season with the salt and pepper. Divide the salad among 4 slices of bread and sandwich with the remaining slices. Cut in half and serve.
