The Best Cheeseball Ever

This recipe makes one huge cheeseball or two normal sized ones.


Ingredients

  • 2 {8 oz.} blocks of cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 1 {15.25 oz.} can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 2 tsp. Lawry's seasoned salt
  • 3 green onions, chopped {or more depending on your taste}
  • Chopped pecans or walnut for coating

Preparation

Step 1

Whip cream cheese until light and fluffy.
Add the pineapple, seasoned salt, and green onions until well mixed.
Form mixture into a ball. {I found this was a lot easier after I had refrigerated it for an hour or so.}
Roll the ball in the nuts.
Serve with crackers.
