Praline Pecan Crunch

Ingredients
- 1 16 oz. Package Quaker Oat Squares Cereal
- 2 cups pecan pieces
- 1/2 cup light corn syrup
- 1/2 cup firmly paced brown sugar
- 1/4 cup margarine
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 tsp baking soda

Step 1
Heat over to 250 degrees. Combine cereal and pecans in 13 X 9 pan
Combine corn syrup, brown sugar, and margarine in a 2-cup microwaveable bowl. Microwave at high for 1 1/2 minutes, stir. Microwave on high 1/2 to 1 1/2 minutes more until boiling. Stir in vanilla and baking soda and pour over cereal mixture. Stir to coat.
Bake 1 hour stirring every 20 minutes. Spread on baking sheet to cool, break into pieces.
