Ingredients
- Glaze:
- 1 2/3 cups water
- 2 tbsp powdered milk
- 2 tbsp shortening or oil
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tsp salt
- 4 1/3 cups white flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. yeast
- 1 egg beaten
- 1 tbsp water

Preparation
Step 1
1.) Measure ingredients in the order listed into baking pan. Insert pan into bread maker and select the dough setting.
2.) When cycle is complete remove dough from machine to a lightly floured surface. Divide dough into 12-18 pieces. Shape each piece into a smooth ball. Place balls, almost touching in greased cake pan. Cover and let rise for 30 min. or until double in volume.
3.) Brush with glaze. Bake in 350 degree oven for 20-25 min. or until golden brown and bottom sounds hollow when tapped. Remove from pans and let cool on wire racks.
