Ingredients
- 2 16oz cans black beans, drained & rinsed
- 2 tsp butter
- 2 tsp oil
- 1 diced onion
- 1/2 tbs cumin
- Salt to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Puree 2 cans of black beans with 1 cups water in food processor. Heat the butter and oil. Add onion, sauté with cumin about ten minutes. Add the beans and continue cooking until the liquid evaporates, about 15 minutes.
