Ingredients
- 1 sweet potato per person
- 1/2 tbs br. sugar per potato
- 1 tbs stick of butter per potato
- Salt & pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Scrub the potatoes and pierce several times with a fork. Place in a foil lined baking pan and cover with foil. Bake at 350 for about 1 ½ hour. They should be very tender. Remove from oven, slice in half and scoop out the middle. Place in a bowl with brown sugar and butter. Mash and stir until well blended. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
