Crab Pad Thai

Ingredients

  • 3 oz rice vermicelli noodles, soak in warm water for 30
  • min.
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/6 block of tofu
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 red pepper, sliced
  • 1 carrot, shredded
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 2 T fish sauce
  • 1/2 t sugar
  • 1 T vinegar
  • paprika
  • tamarind

Preparation

Step 1

1) Saute garlic. Add tofu and egg. Add pepper.

2) Add carrots and noodles. Add green onion, fish sauce, and sugar.

3) Combine vinegar and spices and pour over top.
