  • 2 32-oz cartons chicken broth
  • one roasted chicken, take all meat and skin off
  • 2 cans cannellini beans
  • 1 large jar salsa verde
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • grated cheese for top

Preparation

Step 1

1. Pour two 32-oz, cartons of chicken broth into a pot.
2. Buy one of those roasted chickens at the supermarket, take all the meat and skin off, and dump it into the pot.
3. Add two cans of cannellini beans, a big jar of salsa verde, and some cumin, Let it sit on the stove for an hour.
4. Throw some grated cheese on top and serve.


Use Le Delice De Bourgogne cheese for best results.
