Aunt Linda's Homemade Bailey's Irish Cream

Ingredients

  • 4 cups whiskey
  • 2 - 14 oz can condensed milk
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 8 eggs
  • 4 tablespoons chocolate syrup
  • 4 teaspoons instant coffee
  • 4 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon almond extract
  • Mix in a blender. Makes 3 quarts.

Preparation

Step 1

In a blender, combine all ingredients. Blend on high power for 20-30 seconds. Store tightly in the refrigerator. Shake well before using!!

When using as a gift , place in decorative bottle with label with a one month expiration date.

It tastes best chilled.
