Ingredients
- 3 lb sm red potatoes
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 3/4 c. assorted chopped fresh herbs
- 1/4 c. olive oil
- 3 tbs lemon juice
Preparation
Step 1
Half the potatoes and boil in salted water with garlic until tender then drain. Toss with herbs, oil and lemon juice
