BUTTERMILK BACON SPINACH QUICHE

  • 1c Buttermilk
  • 1c Half & Half
  • 8 Eggs
  • 2c Cheese, two kinds
  • 1cn Spinach, drained well
  • 10 Slices Bacon, precooked, chopped
  • 1 9” Pie Shell
  • 1 9”x 9” Pan

Preparation

Step 1

Brush pie shell with egg yolk.
Bake at 400° for 10 minutes.
Mix buttermilk, half & half, eggs and cheeses.
Add spinach, bacon and spices.
Pour half in 9”x 9” pan and half in 9” pie shell.
Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
