Peanut Butter Rolls

Ingredients
- Filling:
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 8 tbs margarine
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tbs yeast
- 1 tbs salt
- 2 eggs
- Flour
- Peanut butter
- Brown sugar

Preparation
Step 1
Take the yeast add the warm water let it sit till it rises (about ten min)
Warm the milk just a bit
In a big bowl add the milk, sugar, margarine and eggs
Mix well then add the yeast and salt then add flour about two cups
Mix well and add more flour till you have a soft ball of dough. (You don't want to add too much flour if the dough is sticky the softer the rolls will be)
Let it sit covered till you have got the filling ready.
Take about half the dough on a floured surface roll out the dough
Spread the filling and roll the dough into a logg shape
Cut and let them rise on cookie sheets
Bake @350 for 10 min or till golden brown
If you want to add frosting its best to put on while still hot add crushed peanuts and enjoy
