Thanksgiving Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients
- 5 sweet potatoes
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup butter, divided
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tbsp heavy cream
- 3 tbsp flour
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
- Marshmallows

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray.
Bake sweet potatoes for 35 minutes until they begin to soften. Cool slightly, then peel and mash the potatoes in a large bowl.
To the potatoes, add the salt, 1/4 cup of the butter, eggs, vanilla, cinnamon, sugar and cream. Transfer to the prepared baking dish.
In another bowl, combine the other 1/4 cup butter, flour, brown sugar and pecans. Mix with your fingers until the mixture is the consistency of course meal. Sprinkle over the sweet potato mixture.
Bake for 30 minutes, until the topping crisp and lightly browned.
