Peas and Spaghetti

Ingredients

  • 2 Medium Onions,diced
  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil
  • 1 can Tomato Paste
  • 1 can Peas
  • 4 cups Spaghetti (broken into 2" pieces)
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • garlic
  • basil

Preparation

Step 1

Slightly brown diced onions in olive oil.
Add tomato paste, 1quart water, and juice from can of peas to pot.
Simmer for 10 minutes
Add peas and simmer 5 more min.
Add spaghetti
Cook until spaghetti is done (DONOT OVERCOOK) If it gets too thick as a little more water
Add the salt, pepper, garlic, and basil to taste.
