Rice Pudding

Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked brown rice
- 3 cups whole milk (or whateve you like)
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 1 cup raisins
- 1/2 tsp. mixed cinnamon & nutmeg
- 3 eggs, beaten

Preparation
Step 1
Beat the eggs in a large bowl. Add all the other ingredients and mix well. Pour into oiled casserole. Bake at 325 for about one hour, or until set. Serve it hot or cold. The pudding looks good in an old fashioned dish or heavy pottery.
