Dry Rub - Spare Rib Rub

This is a sweet and savory rub works well on pork ribs. You can adjust the heat by changing the amount of cayenne.

Ingredients

• •1 cup brown sugar, dark
• •1/2 cup paprika
• •2 tablespoon salt
• •1 tablespoon black pepper
• •1 tablespoon white pepper
• •1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
• •1 tablespoon garlic powder
• •1 tablespoon onion powder
