Ingredients
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 3/4 tsp. ginger
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 pound flank steak, cut into thin strips
- 1 green pepper, julienned
- 1 red pepper, julienned
- 1 tsp. canola oil

Preparation
Step 1
Combine soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, and ginger.
In anothe bowl, combine cornstarch with half of soy sauce mixture until smooth; cover and chill.
Pour remaining soy sauce mixture in plastic bag with flank steak. Let chill for 15 minutes.
Heat wok coated with oil, stir fry peppers until crisp, 5 minutes.
Remove and keep warm. In same pan, stir fry drained beef for 3-4 minutes. Remove from pan and keep warm.
Add soy sauce/cornstarch mixture to skilled and bring to boil. Cook until thick. Return peppers and steak to pan. Serve with rice.
