Ingredients
- 1 Box Duncan Hines Yellow Cake Mix
- 1 sm. package Pistachio Pudding (instant)
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil (Crisco)
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 pint sour cream
- 3/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 4 tbsp. sugar

Step 1
1. Beat yellow cake mix, pistachio pudding mix, vegetable oil, 4 eggs, and sour cream in a bowl oh high for 4 minutes.
2. In another bowl, mix chopped walnuts, cinnamon, and sugar.
3. Grease angel food pan.
4. Spoon 1/2 of the batter into pan, spoon 1/2 of the sugar mix on top of batter.
5. Pour the rest of the cake batter in, and then the rest of the sugar mixture.
6. Bake at 350°F. for 1/2 hour.
7. Reduce to 325°F. for another 1/2 hour.
8. Cool for 20 minutes.
9. Use knife to go around the sides & bottom of pan, remove.
