Pineapple fudge

Ingredients

  • 2 cups white suger
  • 1 cup brown suger
  • 1/2 cup evaporated milk
  • 2 cups crushed pineapple, drained
  • 2 table spoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup coarsely chopped pecans

Preparation

Step 1

4. Add pecans and pour into buttered 8x8 inch pan.
