Ingredients
- 1.5 lb seafood of choice
- 1.5 cup of water
- 1.5 cup of brown long grain rice (using rice cooker measuring cup)
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 large onion
- 1 tbsp Old Bay Seasoning (may substitute various other spices of choice)
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
Preparation
Step 1
Add all ingredients to rice cooker. Mix well and start cooker.
