Herb-crust for Beef, Lamb and Pork

Ingredients

  • 1 T peppercorns
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 T kosher salt
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 t thyme
  • 1 t rosemary
  • 1 T EVOO

Preparation

Step 1

Grind peppercorns, bay leaves and salt in mini-food processor

Add garlic, thyme, and rosemary to the grinder and process into a paste

Combine into oil and mix

Rub all over the meat
