Ingredients
- 1 T peppercorns
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 T kosher salt
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 t thyme
- 1 t rosemary
- 1 T EVOO

Step 1
Grind peppercorns, bay leaves and salt in mini-food processor
Add garlic, thyme, and rosemary to the grinder and process into a paste
Combine into oil and mix
Rub all over the meat
