Wild Rice Salad

Ingredients
- 1 1 1 c. Wild Rice
- 5 5 5 c. Chicken stock
- 1 1 1 c. Pecans
- 1 1 1 c. raisins
- Grated orange rind
- 4 4 4 scallions, thinly sliced
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 c. oil
- 1/3 1/3 1/3 orange juice
- 1 1 1 tsp. salt

Preparation
Step 1
Boil rice in chicken stock until all stock is absorbed. Let stand for 2 hours. Mix remaining ingredients with rice, and refrigerate. Serve at room temperature.
