Ingredients
- 5 - 6 lb. Brisket
- Onion salt (to taste)
- Garlic salt (to taste)
- Celery salt (to taste)
- 3 oz. liquid smoke
- Salt (to taste)
- Pepper (to taste)
- 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
- 3/4 c. barbeque sauce

Preparation
Step 1
Sprinkle brisket with onion, garlic and celery salts.
Marinate overnight in liquid smoke.
In the morning, season with salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce.
Bake in liquid smoke for 1 hour per lb. at 300.
Baste with barbeque sauce and bake last hour, uncovered.
Let cool completely and slice.
Note:
After cooking can be put on grill outside and smoked for a few minutes.
