Ingredients
- 2 T. butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 T. all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup chicken or beef broth
- 3/4 cup milk or light cream
- 2 t. dried parsley flakes
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/3 cup parmesan cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter in small saucepan. Add garlic and cook over medium heat 1 minute. Add flour and cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Stir in broth and milk cooking until sauce boils and thickens. Add parsley, salt, pepper and cheese. Stir until cheese is melted. Add to favorite pasta
