Huevos Ranchero

Ingredients
- Mucho eggs – 6 eggs (about 1 egg per person)
- 3/4 cup milk
- ½ pound hot sausage browned and crumbled
- ½ cup salsa chipotle preferred
- 1Tbl cumin
- 2 t garlic salt
- 2 t mesquite seasoning ( optional )
- 6 oz co-jack cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Mix eggs and milk same as scrambled eggs
After half cooked, add spices & sausage
When eggs are almost done, mix in salsa stir till warm.
Top hot eggs with cheese….stir
