Ingredients
- 8 oz spaghetti cooked and drained
- 3 slices of bacon cut in 1" pieces
- 2 med onions diced
- 1 large can tomatoes, crushed by hand (I use 28 oz cans)
- or canned tomato sauce
- 1-2 Tbl sugar
Preparation
Step 1
Cook the bacon and remove from the pan.
Add the onion and cook till wilted, add the tomatoes or the sauce and the sugar.
Reduce the heat and simmer about 15 min.
Add the cooked pasta to the pan, and the reserved bacon.
Heat thru, tossing then serve.
