- 3 eggs
- 1 C milk
- 1 C flour
- 2 T butter

Preparation
Step 1
Beat eggs w/ milk using a whisk; stir in flour. Set aside.
Divide butter into 12 muffin pans (1/2 t each muffin cup)
Place muffin tin in oven to melt butter (2 mins)
Remove from oven and distribute batter among buttery cups.
Bake 5 mins @ 375 then reduce to 350 and bake 25 minutes longer til puffed and golden.
