Pork Tenderloin with Peach Barbecue Sauce

Ingredients
- Sauce
- 8 bacon slices, chopped
- 1 tsp dried chile flakes
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tbsp. crushed black peppercorns
- 2 small peaches, diced
- 1 cup orange juice, 1 cup ketchup
- 1 1/2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp hot pepper sauce

- 3-4 pork tenderloins
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 4 tsp course ground pepper
- 4 tsp course kosher salt
- 2 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Step 1
For Sauce(make ahead)
Saute chopped bacon and chile flakes in heavy saucepan until bacon is crisp. Add chopped onion and garlic cloves until onion is translucent. Add remaining ingredients and simmer until thickens enough to coat spoon, stirring often(30 min) Strain sauce through strainer to yield 2 cups. Season with salt and lemon juice. Refrigerate for up to a week.
For Pork
Coat pork tenderloins with olive oil and rub with mixture of spices and place on BBq. Grill to 140 degrees inside(18 min) or no pink(40 min). Take out 1/4 cup of sauce for basting and heat remainder on stove. Brush on sauce and grill on all sides until glazed for last 5 min. Let rest for 10 min. Saute peach halves and add cubed to sauce, remainder on platter. Drizzle tenderloin with some of the sauce and serve rest on side. Slice on diagonal. 8 to 12 servings.
