Pulled Pork Finishing Sauce

Great for dipping and finishing smoked pork bbq.

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 Cup Ketchup (I have tried others, Heinz is the best)
  • 1/2 Cup Ginger Ale (I prefer Reed's Original Ginger Brew)
  • 2 Tbs Dark Brown Sugar
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tsp Pepper
  • 1/2 Tsp Ground Ginger
  • 1/4 Tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • 1/4 Tsp Nutmeg

Preparation

Step 1

1.Bring vinegar to boil and add sugar. Turn off heat, add dry ingredients and stir to blend (30 seconds) add ketchup and ginger ale.
2.Can be used immediately but is better the next day!
