Ingredients
- 1 1/4 LB CHICKEN TENDERS
- 1/2 CUP LOW FAT BUTTERMILK
- 4 TBS BREAD CRUMBS
- 3 TBS FINELY CHOPPED BRAZIL NUTS

- 12 OZ FROZEN KALE
- 1 CAN NO SALT ADDED DICED TOMATOES
- 2 CLOVES GARLIC, SLIVERED
- 3/4 tsp ITALIAN SEASONING BLEND
- 425 *
- LINE baking sheet with foil
- Dip chicken in
- Milk then nuts
- Mist with cooking stray
- Bake 20 min or till golden and juices run clear
- Toss kale with rest on ingredients in saucepan.
- Medium heat with chicken is baking
- Serve with chicken
