Ingredients
- 1 lb edamame, cooked and in the shell
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp minced ginger
- 1 tsp red chili flakes
- 1/2 tsp oyster sauce
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 Tbsp safflower oil
- 2 cups water
Preparation
Step 1
Bring water to a boil in a small pot. Heat a medium saute pan with 1 tablespoon of oil. Blanch edamame beans in water for 2 minutes or until they float. Remove the drain water. Add garlic and ginger to hot saute pan and cook for 30 seconds. Add hot edamame toss and turn off heat. Add liquid seasonings and sprinkle with red chili and black pepper.
