Ingredients
- 2 #s of hambuger
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1'/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1\4 tsp onion powder
- 1 tab liquid smoke
- 1 tbs morton quick salt
- 1 cup water
Preparation
Step 1
Mix well, shape into 2 rolls .. wrap in heavy foil
Put in pan of wqter
Boil for 1 hour make sure meat is covered with water
Serve hot or cold
