Ingredients
- 1c White wine vinegar
- 1c EVOO
- ½ c White wine
- 1T Oregano
- 1t Thyme
- 3 T Salt (Kosher)
- Few grinds of fresh pepper
- 10 Cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 t Tabasco
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients and marinate two whole chickens (backbones removed) and split into one flat piece.
Marinate overnight in the refrigerator.
Grill chickens slowly until brown and cooked through.
Serve with flour tortillas, fresh salsa, and frijoles
