Ingredients

  • 6 Turkey Breakfast Sausages
  • 4-6 corn tortillas
  • 1/2 Onion (red or white)
  • 1 Green Bell Pepper
  • 2-3 Cups of Frozen Hash browns
  • 1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil
  • 1/2 Cup Allegro Original or Spicy Marinade
  • Fonterra Chipotle Salsa

Preparation

Step 1

Cut sausages into quarters length wise, then dice into small pieces.

Dice pepper and onion.

Add sausage, peppers, onions and Allegro Marinade to small skillet and sauté until marinade is completely reduced.

Cook hash browns in large wok with olive oil.

Halfway through cooking hash browns add seasoned sausage, pepper and onion mixture from skillet.

Finish cooking all ingredients in wok.

Cook tortillas on a dry skillet.

Serve on warm tortillas with chipotle salsa.
