Ingredients
- 1/2 cup old fashioned oats or quick
- 3 graham crackers
- 1/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1/4 cup walnuts chopped
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 2 tbs flour
- 6 cups peeled Granny Smith Apples
- sliced

Step 1
Preheat oven to 375. Mix oats, graham crumbs 1/3 cup each brown sugar, flour, walnuts, butter, and 1/2 tsp cinnamon until well blended.
Mix 1/2 cup brown sugar, 2 tbs flour and remaining cinnamon in large bowl. Add apples toss to coat.
Place in 8" square baking dish sprinkle with oat topping. Bake for 35-40 minutes
