Ingredients
- local tomatoes
- thinly sliced sweet onion
- handful of fresh basil, julienned
- 6 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 garlic clove minced
- salt and pepper to tast
Preparation
Step 1
slice the tomatoes and arrange on a platter. scatter onion slices and basil over them. combine the oil, vinegar, mustard, garlic salt and pepper in small jar. cover and shake well and drizzle over the salad.
