Hooter's Hot Wing Sauce
This is supposed to be a copycat of the sauce served on Hooter's Hotwings.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups Butter, melted
- 1/2 cup Tabasco sauce, plus
- 2 tbs. Tabasco sauce
- 3 tbs. Light Brown Sugar
- 3/4 tsp. Paprika
- 3/4 tsp. Salt
- 1 tbs. Balsamic Vinegar
- 3/8 tsp. Cayenne Pepper
- 2 tbs. Chili Sauce
Preparation
Step 1
Simply mix all the ingredients together very well. Dunk, dip or soak your cooked wings in this sauce. You can re-fry wings after they have been dipped in sauce, and then re-dip for an extra crisp. Serve with ranch or bleu cheese dressing.
