Ingredients
- 1 lb small red potatoes
- 1/4 chopped green onions
- 2 tbs oil
- 1 tbs grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- Salt & pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Cut potatoes into ½ inch cubes. Add onions and oil toss to coat. Place in the center of a large piece of heavy aluminum foil. Combine remaining ingredients and sprinkle over potatoes. Fold into a pouch and seal tightly. Grill over medium heat for 18-20 minutes until potatoes are tender. Open carefully to allow steam out.
