Ingredients
- 3/4 C. soy sauce
- 1/4 C. lemon juice
- 1 tbls. chili sauce
- 1 tbls. brown sugar
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- Boneless pork chops **
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Pour over meat.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours prior to heating.
Either bake or grill to your liking.
** Also good with chicken!
