Ingredients
- 6 tb margarine or butter
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1/2 teas salt
- 1/4 teas pepper
- 1/8 teas thyme
- 1 cup chicken broh
- 1 cup half and half
- 1 chicken bouillon cube
- 2 tb sherry or cookin wine
- 4 oz can mushroom pieces and stems undrained
- 3 cups cubed, cooked turkey
Preparation
Step 1
in medium saucepan, melt margarine. Stir in flour, calt, pepper and thyme; heat until bubbly. Gradually stir in chicken broth, half and half, bouillon, sherry and mushrooms; heat until thickened, stirring constantly. Add turkey, simmer until heated through, about 15 minutes.
