Mint Julep from Cafe Orleans in Disneyland

Refreshing mint julep recipe made with sparkling water. The lemon and lime mixture makes it a bit tart, with the Creme de Menthe giving a fresh mint taste. Enjoy with a pineapple slice on the rim or your glass.
Ingredients
- 1cup1 cup sugar
- 3cups3 cups soda water
- 3teaspoons3 teaspoons lime juice concentrate
- 6tablespoons6 tablespoons creme de menthe syrup
- 6ounces6 ounces thawed lemonade concentrate
- Mint leaves
- Pineapple slices
- Maraschino cherries
- Bamboo skewers

Preparation
Step 1
Dissolve sugar into soda water to make a sweetened soda water. Set aside.
Add lime juice and lemonade and bring to boil. Remove from heat and add Crème de Menthe.
Chill both mixtures, separately.
To serve, combine 3 parts lime, lemon and mint mixture to 5 parts sweetened soda water.
Add mint, and skewer two pineapple slices and a cherry.
