Ingredients

  • 1 cup 1 cup sugar
  • 3 cups 3 cups soda water
  • 3 teaspoons 3 teaspoons lime juice concentrate
  • 6 tablespoons 6 tablespoons creme de menthe syrup
  • 6 ounces 6 ounces thawed lemonade concentrate
  • Mint leaves
  • Pineapple slices
  • Maraschino cherries
  • Bamboo skewers

Preparation

Step 1

Dissolve sugar into soda water to make a sweetened soda water. Set aside.

Add lime juice and lemonade and bring to boil. Remove from heat and add Crème de Menthe.

Chill both mixtures, separately.

To serve, combine 3 parts lime, lemon and mint mixture to 5 parts sweetened soda water.

Add mint, and skewer two pineapple slices and a cherry.
