Bruschetta

I love this recipe because it can be left in a bowl so the bruchetta does not get soggy. People can make their own as they wish.

Ingredients
- 3 large tomatoes - diced
- 4 cloves garlic - minced
- 6 black olives - minced
- 1/2 onion sliced
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1 tsp basil
- Salt/pepper to taste
- French bread loaf, buttered, sprinkled with parmesan or romano cheese and broiled unitl browned.
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate until needed.
