Bruschetta

I love this recipe because it can be left in a bowl so the bruchetta does not get soggy. People can make their own as they wish.

Ingredients

  • 3 large tomatoes - diced
  • 4 cloves garlic - minced
  • 6 black olives - minced
  • 1/2 onion sliced
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1 tsp basil
  • Salt/pepper to taste
  • French bread loaf, buttered, sprinkled with parmesan or romano cheese and broiled unitl browned.

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate until needed.
