Ingredients
- 1 egg over easy
- 2 diced potatoes
- Diced onions ( to taste)
- Fried tortilla (or baked for you healthy folk)
- Queso fresco (sprinkle on top to taste)
- 2 slices of Avocado
- Salsa verde (optional)
Preparation
Step 1
Fry tortilla in vegetable oil and set aside. Dice potatoes and onion and sauté in pan with vegetable oil, salt and pepper to taste. Once potatoes are tender, put chorizo and sauté a few minutes and set aside. Fry egg over easy, salt and pepper to taste. Next build your tostada: fried tortilla, chorizo con papas, fried egg, avocado and cheese. Enjoy!
