Chocolate Carmel Crunch Bars

Ingredients
- 1 pkg carmels
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 cup flour
- 2 cup quick oats
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup margarine
- 1/2 tsp soda
- 1 pkg chocolate chips
- cashews

Step 1
Microwave carmels and water on high till melted. Mix carmel mixture (but save 1 cup) with flour, oats, sugar, margarine (melted), soda. Take mix and press into 9x12 pan. Bake at 350 for 10 mins. Sprinkle chocolate chips over baked layer and drizzle top with remaining carmel and top with cashews and bake 15 min.
