Alternative to Icing

For a quick and easy alternative to frosting, try this pudding and whipped topping combo. Use any flavor of instant pudding for a fast frosting!

Ingredients

• 1 package instant pudding mix, any flavor
• Half the milk called for on the package
• 8 ounces Cool Whip

Preparation

Step 1

Mix one instant pudding packet milk. Whisk until it begins to thicken.

Fold in Cool Whip.

Spread on cakes, pipe onto cupcakes, fill crepes or spread on waffles.
