Ingredients
- 4 Thin chicken filets
- feta cheese
- small can spinach
- 1 T minced Garlic
- 1 Egg
- Breadcrumbs
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 cup green onions - sliced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup wine.
- parsley
Preparation
Step 1
Stuff chicken breasts with spinach, garlic and feta. Roll up and secure with toothpick. Roll in beaten egg and breadcrumbs. Brown over medium heat. Remove from pan. Add mushrooms and cook down, add 1T flour, garlic, parsley, green onions, chicken broth and wine. Add chicken and simmer until done.
