LEMON WHIPPERSNAPS

  • 1 package (17 1/4 oz.) Pillsbury lemon cake mix
  • 2 cups (4 1/2 oz. carton) frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar, sifted

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Grease cookie sheets. Combine cake mix, whipped topping and egg in a large bowl. Stir until well mixed. Use a teaspoon to drop into powdered sugar and roll to coat. Place 1 1/2" apart on cookie sheet. Bake for 10 - 15 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool before storing.
