BUTTER A 10-INCH QUICHE PAN. IN A LARGE BOWL BEAT THE EGGS. IN A SEPARATE BOWL MIX ALL REMAINING INGREDIENTS TOGETHER. ADD THE MIXTURE TO
THE EGGS. POUR INTO THE PREPARED DISH. BAKE IN A 350 DEGREE OVEN UNTIL SET, ABOUT 35 TO 45 MINUTES. CUT INTO WEDGES AND SERVE HOT. MAKES 6 TO 8 SERVINGS.
